Our history
Creation of Immochan, the real estate subsidiary of Groupe Auchan.
Immochan entered Spain in 1981 and Italy in 1989.
Immochan continued its development in France in 1996, in China and Taiwan in 1999.
In the 2000s, the company develops its activities and opens commercial sites in Russia (2002), Hungary (2005), Portugal, Poland (2006), Ukraine (2007), Romania (2012), Luxembourg (2016) and Vietnam (2017).
Immochan takes a new look at Society and writes its Vision 2030. Taking into account the evolution of needs and consumption patterns, it decides to transform itself by transitioning from a commercial real estate company to a mixed-use property developer.
Immochan changes its name and becomes Ceetrus with a signature "with citizens for citizens" which marks its ambition to become a global urban player.
Ceetrus transfers its real estate operator functions to a new company within its ecosystem: Nhood.
While Nhood manages, operates, develops and enhances Ceetrus' assets, the real estate company is fully dedicated to driving the strategy, performance and transformation of its portfolio.
Ceetrus is a committed real estate company and becomes the point of convergence that simplifies the daily lives of people, both residents and visitors, by offering pathways that directly respond to their needs and desires. Now more than ever, the company aims to promote well-being, foster inclusivity and diversity, collaborate with local stakeholders, and stimulate biodiversity on its sites.
