Customers of eighteen centers and shopping malls managed by Ceetrus Poland can easily and safely make a donation to a selected public benefit foundation. Thanks to the cooperation between Ceetrus and the BetterPOS startup, digital Charity Boxes have been set up in commercial facilities, which enable cashless donation of funds to charity.
The Charity Boxes project was created as part of Ceetrus’ cooperation with the BetterPOS startup, the creators of the Donateo platform. The solution guides the user in an intuitive and simple way through the process of donating to a selected foundation. The small devices operate in a similar way as ticket machines and allow to make a donation to a selected public benefit organization.
At the beginning of December 2020, Charity Boxes appeared in shopping centers and malls managed by Ceetrus Poland. The devices are available to customers during the working hours of the facilities.

Thanks to the Charity Boxes, customers of shopping centers and malls can make charitable donations to foundations and social organizations which are involved in helping children, families, providing social assistance, health protection, and protecting the environment.
The Charity Box program, within which Ceetrus provides devices equipped with the Donateo platform in shopping centers and malls, is part of the company’s CSR strategy “Carbon Neutral and Territory Positive (C- T +)”. The aim of the Charity Box campaign is to integrate and engage local communities.
