New development director at Ceetrus Poland

Pologne
14 July 2020

From July 1, Jean-Christophe Bonnois is acting as Development Director at Ceetrus Poland. His team is responsible for the comprehensive preparation of the company’s new investments, from project development to the completion of construction works.

- During the coronavirus pandemic, we have all realised how the needs of society are changing. The challenge for my team will be to build – with the full support of local authorities and communities – ambitious projects which incorporate modern, sustainable solutions. We want our investments to be public spaces that meet the requirements of modern communities such as accessibility and comfort, access to a wide range of services, commerce, entertainment and culture. When implementing mixed-use projects which provide a rich offer and are in line with the principles of sustainable development, we want to use the experience we have gained from previous projects – says Jean-Christophe Bonnois, Director of Development at Ceetrus Poland.

He also explains that he firstly wants to complete the preparation phase and obtain administrative permits for investments in Warsaw’s Wilanów and Góraszka districts, as well as for other projects about which the company will soon make announcements. - By the end of the year, Ceetrus wants to focus on acquiring new business partners, which in our opinion will be facilitated by the outstanding nature of our projects – says the new Development Director.

Jean-Christophe Bonnois has many years of experience in the real estate industry. After graduating in construction at the Ecole Superieure De La Construction De Grenoble in France, he gained professional experience in China, where he completed 17 projects in the field of expansion, remodeling and mixed-use, as well as in Central and Eastern Europe, where he was responsible for 24 key investments. He joined the Auchan Group in 2007, where his task was to create a subsidiary operating on the real estate market, thanks to which the group could develop in this area, transforming assets in various markets.

Jean-Christophe Bonnois has replaced André Decroix, who held this position since 2016.
