The new Director of the Commercialization Department at Ceetrus Poland

Ceetrus Poland has a new Commercialization Department Director. Marcin Matysiak assumed this position on September 1. His team is responsible for building and developing cooperation with tenants in several dozen facilities commercialized by Ceetrus Poland.

Marcin Matysiak has been associated with Ceetrus Poland for over 4 years, and at the beginning of September became the Director of the Commercialization Department.

- The commercialization team consists of people who perfectly know the commercial real estate market in Poland. It has been building excellent relations with tenants for many years. This year has brought us many challenges and I am convinced that thanks to our experience and cooperation with our business partners, we will be able to successfully face them – says Marcin Matysiak, Director of the Commercialization Department at Ceetrus Poland.

Marcin Matysiak has many years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, which he gained mainly at Vertano, where he managed commercialization projects and his team for 12 years. He started his professional career at Ceetrus on June 1, 2016 as Senior Leasing Manager. Marcin Matysiak managed an agency project involving facilities with Auchan hypermarkets. He was also responsible for the commercialization of selected facilities from the Ceetrus portfolio, including Galeria Bronowice and Auchan shopping centers in Komorniki, Swadzim, and Bielany Wrocławskie. Since September 1, 2020, he is the Director of the Commercialization Department at Ceetrus Poland.  

The commercialization of shopping centers and the management of lease agreements have been key areas of Ceetrus Poland’s operations since the beginning of its activity on the Polish market. The company is consistently increasing its competences in this area. Ceetrus owns and manages 22 Auchan shopping centers, as well as Galeria Bronowice and Galeria Łomianki. The company’s latest investments include mixed-use projects in Warsaw and Piaseczno, where the commercialization team will be responsible for building a portfolio of tenants in commercial facilities. In September 2016, the portfolio of commercialized facilities was expanded by 16 commercial facilities with the Auchan hypermarket, and in November 2019 another 15 entities were added. These are commercial facilities with the My Auchan supermarket, located in 12 cities in central and southern Poland.
