Ceetrus is changing its global management structure from February 14, 2019. Changes in Poland will apply from July 1.
Ceetrus in Poland, Romania, Russia and Ukraine is currently managed by Tatian Diaconu, general manager of the portfolio. Ada Walentek is responsible for the operational activity of Ceetrus Poland related to running facilities, commercialization, and marketing. She has taken the position of operational director for Poland. Laurence Paquet, who was the CEO of Ceetrus Poland, is ending her cooperation with the Polish branch to start working in the international structures of Ceetrus.
Ceetrus, after its rebranding in 2018, is currently commencing the next stage of changes and is rebuilding its management structure in Europe. Its aim is to more effectively manage the knowledge, skills and innovations accumulated in the company, in accordance with Vision 2030.
Ceetrus companies in Poland, Romania, Russia and Ukraine are currently managed by Tatian Diaconu, general manager of the portfolio. He has been part of Ceetrus since 2012. Tatian held the position of CEO of Ceetrus Romania, and then the director of the international department for investment and urban planning in the global structure of Ceetrus. He has several years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and was previously professionally associated with the army. Moreover, he is a graduate of military studies, management, and holds an MBA.
Ada Walentek is the operational leader of Ceetrus Poland and is responsible for its business activity. Her responsibilities include coordinating a team of managers who manage the operations of Ceetrus Poland shopping centers and galleries, shaping the vision of the development of commercial facilities, and building and implementing strategies related to the portfolio of tenants, marketing activities and services offered in shopping centers. Ada Walentek is also responsible for activities aimed at improving the functioning of commercial facilities managed by Ceetrus and increasing their value on the market. She also manages the activities of Ceetrus Poland in the scope of corporate social responsibility and cooperation of individual centers with local communities.

Ada Walentek has been a part of Ceetrus Poland since 2015. As the director of commercialization, she was responsible for the re-commercialization of 24 shopping centers managed by the company and the leasing of space on an agency basis in 16 commercial buildings with the Auchan hypermarket (formerly Real). Since 2001, she has been active on the Polish commercial real estate market, gaining her professional experience at Plaza Centers, Klepierre, and Neinver.
