Our asset strategy aims to strengthen strategic retail assets and develop high-potential sites. We therefore operate through two complementary businesses: commercial real estate ownership and property development.
This dual expertise enables us to operate as close as possible to local dynamics, seeking to respond to societal changes while sustainably enhancing the value of our sites.
On the one hand, the transformation and diversification of our assets reflect our ambition to broaden our scope of action in order to address major societal challenges—housing, an ageing population, and the transformation of local territories—while anticipating new needs, particularly in growing sectors such as data centers and logistics.
On the other hand, our property development activity supports the transformation and diversification of our portfolio. Our development potential is significant, with nearly 1,500 hectares of land available to launch new projects.
At the same time, our expansion into new territories is driven by major structural needs, where our expertise can bring value. This is the case in Africa, particularly in Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal, where we support the development of housing for middle-income populations.
